Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Zarrع Web Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Zarrع Web Solutions provides web design, development, SEO, and related digital services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timeline will be outlined in individual project proposals and agreements.

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required to commence work on any project
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final delivery
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope after work has begun will require a new agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Ensure all content provided does not infringe on third-party rights
• Maintain backup copies of any materials provided to us

Limitation of Liability

Zarrع Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Cancellation & Refunds

Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel a project, please contact us immediately. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
